Dirty "Hog" from 81st Fighter Squadron caught at Gilze-Rijen

By Joachim Jacob, Warthog News Editor

I came across this awesome picture while going through the newest A-10 shots on airliners.net this night:

A-10C 81-0992 from the 81st Fighter Squadron, 52nd Fighter Wing (USAFE), Spangdahlem AB, Germany, performing a high speed flyby at Gilze-Rijen Air Base, Netherlands, during the "GRAS"-organized spottersday August 29, 2012. (Photo by Jeffrey Schäfer) Full size

Comment: It's very rare to see an A-10 in such a condition. Is it the result of cannon fire?
