Jagello 2000 members visit 917 Wing

Lt. Col. Joseph Jones, 93rd Bomb Squadron commander, talks about the capabilities of the A-10 Thunderbolt II with Zbynek Pavlacik, Jagello 2000 Association chairman, during his visit to the 917th Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, La., on Oct. 26, 2010. The Jagello 2000 Association is a top Czech Republic nonprofit, nongovernmental organization in the field of public and defense diplomacies, focusing on the presentation of NATO and security politics for the general public. It is also the main sponsor of the NATO Days in Ostrava air show, which was held Sept. 18-19, 2010, in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The 917th Wing supplied a B-52H Stratofortress and personnel in support of the air show, which marked the first-time a B-52 visited the Czech Republic. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
